Canada’s national game is looking for more players in the Cowichan area.This is the fifth year for the Cowichan Rec Lacrosse League.The minimal-contact league is for anyone over 18. Required equipment is a helmet with cage, elbow pads, stick and gloves. Other gear is optional.The cost is $130, or $100 for new players. Goalies play free.
