The B.C. Hockey Hall of Fame (HHOF) is asking for the public's help in enshrining its next group of inductees.

Nominations are now being accepted for the Class of 2025, with players, officials, teams, and builders among the open categories.

Located inside the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, the museum features more than 300 curated displays that celebrate the province's storied history on and off the ice.

Jim Hughson, chair of the HHOF and former Hockey Night in Canada play-by-play commentator, says he looks forward to celebrating both B.C.'s most well-known hockey figures and individuals who made an impact at the grassroots level.

"We want to celebrate them all at the B.C. Hockey Hall of Fame," said Hughson, who also spent parts of his broadcasting career as the Vancouver Canucks' lead voice in the booth.

"We'd like your nominees from every corner of the province that you feel are worthy of induction in 2025."

The likes of Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Shea Weber, and Carey Price have been among those inducted into the hall over the last two years. The ceremony commences in Penticton each summer.

Teams like the 2007 Vancouver Giants and 2012 Penticton Vees have also served as recent inductees.

Nomination forms can be submitted here, and upon completion, can be emailed to executive.director@bchhf.com.
