Cowichan Neighbourhood House Association of Chemainus was awarded a $1,000 grant for their Healthy Soup program.
The program includes a cooking class for community members and a healthy after-school snack program for CNHA’s youth drop-in centre.
The Healthy Soup program will be organized and run by volunteers and the association is currently looking for more volunteers.
