It will be held in the Frank Jameson Community Centre Program Room, 810 6th Ave.

The final forum is called Secondary Suites, ‘Different Shapes and Sizes and will be held on April 20 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Aggie Hall, 1110 First Avenue.

Back in February, Ladysmith council selected the firm CitySpaces Consulting Ltd. to carry out the suite process.

Their proposal included: Community education, three neighbourhood forums (topic-based — sustainable, affordable housing, secondary suite forms), telephone survey (200), one community session and a webpage.

The budget proposal was $39,515, which was within the $40,000 allocated by council.
