a devoted husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully in Nanaimo, B.C., March 29, 2004 surrounded by his loving family.
Born September 21, 1923 in Rochester, Kent, England.
He leaves his loving wife of 57 years Audrey, Sons: Gordon (Barbara), David and daughter Kathleen (david), grandchildren: Justin, Samantha, Brandon, Andrew and Stuart, also sister Nell in England and brother Jack (Dolores) of Oregon, many nieces and nephews and extended family. Authur served in the Royal Navy (D.E.M.S.) is WWII. Was a proud member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 170. he enjoyed a good game of golf. There will be no service at his request. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date, to share memories.
