October 30, 1919, New Westminster, B.C. to December 8, 2006, Ladysmith, B.C.
Predeceased by husband John. Happily moved to Ladysmith from Vancouver in mid 1970’s. A music lover, she moved and shook us with her classical guitar; she did Tai Chi, love her travels to New York, England, Spain, Florida, as well as extensively through B.C. She was a generous knitter for others, and will be remembered for her sense of humour, intelligence, and great cooking! She made friends wherever she went. Most of all, she was a loving mother, wife, and loyal friend, and was able to laugh and recite Odgen Nash to the end. Mom lives on for daughters Jan Fenby, Galiano Island, and Joan Henriques (& partner Chris), England and grandchildren, Stephen and Andrea Forde.
Happy travels, mom.
