With sadness we announce the passing of Florence Audrey Hogan on April 11, 2006 in Nanaimo, BC surrounded by her family. Audrey was born August 1, 1924 in Vancouver, BC, daughter of Victor and Leola Street and lived in Powell River, Port Alberni, Nanaimo, Quesnel and for the last 30 years in Cassidy, BC. Audrey is survived by her husband Bob, daughter Kathi (Dan), sons; Daniel (Lauren), James (Penny) and her grandchildren; Katie, Alison, Julia, James and Robbie. Audrey found great enjoyment in her garden, love of books, and her many handicrafts and hobbies. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and the many friends she made wherever she lived. Many thanks to the staff of Travellers Lodge, Nanaimo, who took such wonderful care of Audrey. A Memorial Service will be held at the First United Church in Ladysmith, BC on Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Audrey's memory to the Alzheimer Society of BC, 2571A Quadra St., Victoria, BC V8T 4E1.
