Francoise was born in France. She leaves behind her husband Gerard of 55 years, her children; Francois and Yves Duruisseau, grandchildren; Eric, Marcel, Elise, Sebastien and Faith, brothers; Giles Clemancon, Jean Clemancon, daughters in law; Isabelle Grenon, Laurel Duruisseau, along with other relatives, special friends and pet; Helga, Jeanette, Helene, Paulette and Lily (The Cat).
She was predeceased by her mother; Marthe Clemancon (1984) and her father; Maurice Clemancon (1997).
Francoise enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading and painting. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
A Funeral Service was held on January 30th, 2018, 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 9735 Elm Street, Chemainus.
A reception followed at Chemainus Best Western.
