Survived by his loving wife Madeline, son George Jr., daughters: Sheila, Tammy and Agnes, grandchildren: Daryl, Marsha, Anderson, Angela, Mark, Kyle, Christopher, Kevin, George, Frederick, Danielle and Wayne. Brothers: Richard, Jack, Fred and Dave, sisters: Diane, Mable and Marge, uncles: Bill and Ray, aunts: Ella and Christine. Also nieces, nephews and cousins. Prayers Thursday, were held August 29, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in The Longhouse Kitchen, Cedar, B.C. Funeral was held Friday, August 30, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Followed by interment in the Nanaimo Band Cemetery No. 1 Reserve. Arrangements entrusted to Telford’s Mortuary.
