In loving memory ~
Howard Quinn passed away at his home on May 17 2023 at the age of 67 with his wife by his side. Born in December 1955, Howard is predeceased by his mother, Maureen, and is remembered by his wife of 43 years, Annemieke, his father Peter, his sisters Patricia (Mark) and Susan (Bobby), his children, Ryan (Breena), Sean (Sarah), Tess (Sean) and his grandchildren, Declan, Charlotte, Ava, Evelyn, Jude, Fiona & Leon.
Howard worked for BC Hydro and resided in various towns across the province throughout his career. Howard & Mieke relocated to White Rock in 2008 and
Howard retired in 2015. Howard's legacy continued after retirement as all his children currently work at BC Hydro.
Howard had a keen interest in renewable energy and would happily discuss the energy generation of the solar panels on his home, and his electric car. Howard and Mieke enjoyed exploring BC and camping in their trailer. Beyond his hobbies, Howard maintained a full schedule keeping up with his 7 grandchildren.
Howard is fondly remembered as a son, husband, father and opa and we are saddened by his loss. He lived a life that touched so many. The family will be hosting a celebration of life in Howards memory.
