Passed away suddenly in Nanaimo Hospital on March 2, 2005.
Born in Ladysmith, BC July 8, 1930.
Jack worked for the Town of Ladysmith, retiring after 15 years. Survived by his loving wife Muriel, son Gordon, chosen daughter Dawn (Jim), also nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Donald.
No service by his request. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the S.P.C.A.
