in Ladysmith, B.C. on May 23, 2002, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Esbjerg, Denmark, age 51.
Predeceased by his mother Ruth Oster May 2000.
Survived by his loving wife Susan, children: Jason and Sara, his father Jens Erik, brothers: Jan (Cyndi), Jeffrey, sisters: Mary Ann (John), Mona (Dan), Eileen (Erik), Jennifer, Erica (Gerry), mother-in-law Phyllis Campen, brothers-in-law Terry (Connie) Campen, nieces and nephews: Jenny, Christine, Kirsten, Heidi, Maretta, Cynthia, Steven, Karen, Michelle, Ryan, Amanda, tyler, Malcolm, Crystal and Katie. Also many dear friends. A special thanks to Dr. E. Fritsch and the nurses and staff of the Ladysmith Hospital and to Dr. W. Pewarchuk and the Duncan Chemo Unit. Service will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ladysmith Eagle’s Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CPS Foundation c/o 26 Golden Gate Court, Scarborough, Ontario M1P 3A5 would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Telford’s Mortuary.
