passed away June 30th at Malaspina Lodge in§Nanaimo. She is predeceased by her husband Hugo McRae in 1990 and son, Dale Martinson in 1964.§She is survived by her loving daughter, Amber McRae, son, Ron Martinson and five grandchildren: Wade, Alan, David, Cory and Cathy, many nieces and nephews, and three of her nine sisters: Violet§McManus of Saskatchewan, Ilene Holland of Medicine Hat and Joyce Berto of Ladysmith.
June enjoy live and was an avid gardener. She enjoyed working with the public in her earlier years. June will be sadly missed.
Funeral service was held 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 6 at the Bethel Tabernacle on 4th Avenue in Ladysmith, with a tea to follow at the church hall.
