Born November 3, 1958 in Edmonton, Alberta, passed away of liver failure October 11, 2005 in Nanaimo, BC. Predeceased by brother Tom, sister Keren, grandparents: Nancy and Jack Oldfield. Survived by her son Freddie Walker, mother Beverly Hayes, nephew Tom Hayes (nephew Michael) grandma Mabel Hayes and family, aunt Franda and uncle Nick Prowse and family, uncle Don Oldfield and aunt Ann Oldfield, uncle John Oldfield (Jonathan), soulmate Fred (Jack) Beer, many relatives and friends.
