LAWRENCE CAMPBELL
Aug. 24, 1928 – July 30, 2010
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lawrence Campbell on Friday July 30th, 2010 with his loving family by his side.
Larry is predeceased by his father Russell, mother Flossie and his brothers Doug and Murray. He is survived by his loving wife Colleen, son Randy (Eileen), granddaughter Carianne and daughter Kelly Young (Ron). Also left to mourn are two sisters Alice, Muriel and brother Ken as well as sister-in-laws, Loretta, Pat, Gert and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Larry was an active member and director of the Eagles. He spent many hours pulling the Eagles’ float for the Santa parade as well as the Ladysmith Days parade.
He will be sadly missed but not forgotten by all who knew and loved him. He was the heart and soul of our family. There will be no service as per Larry’s wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
