In loving memory ~

We sadly announce the passing of Linda Joyce Castle (nee McIntyre) of Ladysmith B.C, on January 13, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born in Victoria, B.C. and is predeceased by her husband Brian and sister Marlene.

Survived by her daughter Tracie Webber, her son Brian, her granddaughters Brittney and Kassandra Webber, and her sisters Carol Harrison and Judy Bingham.

Linda was known for her hard work and big heart. She worked for Canada Post in Shawnigan Lake, Duncan, Ladysmith and Chemainus from 1974 to 2012. While working for Canada Post, Linda also started a few businesses to make a better life for her family; Peaches and Cream Restaurant in Duncan, Balloons Etc. Decorating in Chemainus and crafting at swap meets all over.

Linda made friends everywhere she went. Volunteering her time to anyone who needed it, lending an ear, supporting those feeling down and giving without a thought in return. Always on the go, creating, and doing what needed to be done. Mom loved a good story, the thrill of a measured risk, music, and the sport of curling.

Our family would like to thank all of Linda's friends at the Town and Country Mobile Park

for making her feel supported and connected, her school friends for staying in touch, and the Picton family for over 60 years of countless amounts of fun adventures.

Our mom, our friend, our one-of-a-kind do-it-all, will be deeply missed.
