Passed away peacefully at Cowichan District Hospital on September 29, 2002. Mary was born in Petin, Czechoslovakia on February 15, 1927. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Bob, and her four children: Gary (Fiona), Wayne, Diane (Rob), and Sandra.
She was a beloved Nana to her two grandsons Ian and Evan. Mary will be sadly missed by her twin sister Deny, her sister Ann and their families. A private family service was held on October 2, 2002, in Ladysmith, B.C. Father Arul officiated. If friends so wish, donations in memory of Mary may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements entrusted to Telford’s Mortuary.
