SIEBRING - Neeltje (Nellie) passed away suddenly at Cowichan District Hospital on Friday, April 6, 2007. Born in Holland on January 11, 1916. Predeceased by her husband Pieter Siebring in 1994. Lovingly remembered by her family, children Harmina (Wayne) Richmond, Len (Margaret), and Nelly (Ron) Neubauer. Loving Nana to Peter, Kathy (Mark), Mark Richmond, Laura (Gordon) Brownjohn, Holly (Darryl) Harrison, Melinda, Elenor, Peter Siebring, Teresa (Glen) Williams, David, and Denise Neubauer; as well as 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Married in Holland, Neeltje and Pieter immigrated to Canada in 1953 and resided in Chemainus, before settling in Duncan. Nellie was also a member of the Duncan Christian Reformed Church in Duncan. Thanks to all the staff at the Chemainus Health Care Centre for all their care and support; as well as Dr. Archdekin and Dr. Anderson. Visitation was held at Sands Funeral Chapel, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan, BC on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Graveside Service was held at Mountain View Cemetery, Duncan, BC on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at Duncan Christian Reformed Church, 930 Trunk Road, Duncan, BC at 2:00 p.m. Online condolences may be offered at www.sands-funeral.com.
