Passed away in Ladysmith, BC on August 18, 2005.
Born March 14, 1934.
Survived by his wife Kathleen, children: Cheryl (Dave) Mottishaw, Denise (Rudy) Grubert, Jolaine (Mark) Zwodeski, Mike (Tracy) Zwodeski, John (Laurel) Zwodeski. Grandchildren: Peter and Jeffrey Mottishaw, Krista and Cory Grubert, Sarah and Nicole Zwodeski Johnny and Jordana Zwodeski. By his mother Leah Zwodeski, sister Catherine Demianyk, brother William (Vivian) Zwodeski. Also aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jack served in the the R.C.N. four years. He had many years as a member of the Kinsmen Club. He was an active member of the R.C.L. in Medicine Hat and Ladysmith. Special thanks to Dr. Lisinski, and all the nurses and staff at Ladysmith Hospital for the special care and treatment given to Jack while he was a patient there.
