Born March 16, 1930 in Norbury, Sask., passed away on June 17, 2005 in Nanaimo Hospital with her loving family by her side. Survived by her devoted husband Ray (Brick), sons: Ray (Barb), Rob (Michele), daughter Evie (Don), grandchildren: James (Robyn), Dylan, Kin, Alyson and Melissa, sister: Nancy Hodding and brother Len (Audrey) Platt. Predeceased by brothers: George, Bud, Stan, Vince Platt, and sister Bonnie Baker. Many thanks to the wonderful and compassionate staff at Nanaimo Hospital I.C.U. and the staff of Ladysmith Hospital for the loving care of our mom and granny over the past year. Memorial Service Thursday, June 23, 2005 at 1:00 pm in Ladysmith's Eagles Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Fund would be appreciated.
