Sept. 30, 1935 - Oct. 25, 2004Bob has left us after a long and very courageous battle with cancer. He served in the airforce, overseas in France. In returning to Canada he started a water taxi service, then moved to the island where he worked and retired at Crofton Pulp Mill. Bob’s love of life was flying, he was a member of the Duncan Flying Club. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Vera, son Bob (Debra), daughter Debbie (Bill), grandson Clayton and 1st wife Blanche. May Bob fly with the angels forever. A service was held at St. Joseph’s Church, Chemainus October 28, 2004
