On Saturday, September 16th we suddenly and unexpectedly lost a wonderful man. Tauno Armas Virtanen was born in Finland. His family relocated to Canada when he was five. Tauno was a kind, generous, and compassionate man who loved his family deeply.
Tauno was predeceased by his mother and father Hilkka and Erkki, and his beautiful daughter Taunya Anne. He is survived by his wife Sue Anne, his children Dan, Linsey, and Trevor (Erin), and his grandchildren Jon, Ryan, Lucas, Laila, Riley, and Skarlet. His brothers Leo (Sandy), and Harry (Lori), and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many family members in Finland and Sweden.
He Is Loved And Will Be Greatly Missed.
