Born in Lancashire, United Kingdom on December 28, 1922. He served in the R.A.F. from 1938 as a boy at R.A.F. Cranwell to 1950. Thomas leaves behind Kathleen, his loving wife of 58 years; his son Ray; daughter Sharon; grandsons Jamie, Michael and David; four great-grandchildren and not to be forgotten, his dear dog Chloe. The family wishes to thank Dr. Archdekin and all the staff at the Chemainus Medical Clinic for their compassion and help; the Chemainus Paramedics; the staff at the Chemainus Health Care Centre for their care during Ray’s last five days; Connie and Sharon of the Cancer Clinic at CDH; the Victoria Cancer Clinic and the volunteer drivers.
