Bryan Livingstone tells us that he has been aware of this vessel since 1996. Perhaps he knows who the owner is.
If he does, he might want to let the owner know that someone else is taking up residence on the vessel and is inviting others aboard. Can he tell us when was the last time the owner set foot on the vessel?
Does he know what the intentions of the owner are? Is there any reason we should not regard this vessel as abandoned and derelict?
